This contribution acknowledges that sovereignty was never ceded, and that we live, work, and create on stolen land. With increasing concern over the restrictions the government is seeking to place over charities, Pay The Rent has been set up as a company eligible to receive gifts, ensuring money can be spent in ways that reflect the needs of First Nations peoples, without political or governmental control which is not in their best interests.

- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- It is up to the customer to cover the cost of returning the item to the N.S.W returns address.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We can exchange your item for a different size if we have them available, and if the returned merch is in good enough condition to for resale.
Refunds (If Applicable):
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 5 days.
